I had a fantastic stay with easy access to the beach just a few steps away and dining options like Jalapeno Mexican Kitchen right around the corner, making city strolls so convenient and enjoyable.

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby SoundScape Park, where the kids enjoyed the beautiful marina and we relaxed at Monty's Sunset with delicious food and drinks. Plus, the hotel's beach chairs made it easy for us to hit the sand with our older kids. Everyone was super friendly, and the room was stylish and spacious.

My children wanted more family-friendly activities available at the hotel.

I loved the location of the Bentley Hotel South Beach. Right across from the beach, it made it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. The rooftop pool had stunning views and was a great spot to unwind after being out all day. The staff greeted me warmly and were always ready to help with any questions I had. My room was spacious with a cozy kitchen area, which was handy for making light meals. An additional shoutout to the comfort of the mattress. I slept really well. However, I encountered some issues during my stay. The water heater broke down one night, leaving me without hot water, and it took some time to get it fixed. It felt disorganized when they told me I might need to pack up and move rooms only to find out later that I could stay where I was. The ongoing renovations were noticeable. there was some noise and dust in the common areas, which impacted the peaceful vibe I was hoping for. Also, the continental breakfast left much to be desired. it consisted of just bread and croissants. A bit more variety would’ve been appreciated. Still, I would consider returning for the excellent service and ideal location.
